Please use this form if you are interested in reserving an appointment or inquiring collaboration. Once you have entered details of the services, dates and times that work for you, you will be contacted within 48 hours by email or phone to confirm the availability.
New Client Inquiries
Please send a current photo of the top of your head, full side view & back in good natural light but not direct sunlight. Also include a inspiration picture. Note: Please don't cut off portions of your head or hair length. I also ask all new clients to send your 2 year hair history, whether professionally done or at home so I am able to further evaluate.

Salon Policies.

Cancellation
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that schedules change and things come up but I respectfully require a 48 hour notice in advance for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours it leaves gaps in the schedule that prevent me from accommodating other clients on short notice. I will implement a late cancelation fee of 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. I appreciate your respect and considerateness.

Lateness
It is important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and our same day cancellation fee will apply at 100% of the cost of service scheduled.

No Refunds
I do not offer refunds. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving Spinosi's Hair Studio, you have 48 hours to contact me to discuss your needs going forward.
IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED. IT IS EACH CLIENTS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SPINOSI'S HAIR STUDIO.
